You will love this ceasars salad! I do not know what the real version of ceasars is (I do not think it’s this one…) but this one is great! Especially, if it is made with NEA mayonnaise you will lick your fingers!
Ingredients
For the salad:
Iceberg lettuce
Spinach
Rocket salad
6 slices of smoked bacon
2 chicken fillets
4 slices of bread (you will make them croutons)
Grated Parmesan
For the dressing:

4 anchovy fillets
2 cloves garlic
A little lemon juice
A little vinegar
White pepper
2-3 tablespoons soft mustard
method of preparation
Cut the bread into cubes and place it in a pan. Season the bread with salt and pepper and sprinkle it with oil. Bake the croutons in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes until crispy.
Finely chop the bacon and sauté until crispy.
Wash the chicken well and then cook it on both sides in a pan-grill that you have put oil, or put it in a preheated oven at 180 for 30-35 minutes. Depending on how thick the piece we have is.
Allow all the above ingredients to cool and then cut them into chunks.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a multi and beat them.
It would be good to pass the anchovies and garlic through a mortar so that there are no pieces left.
Finally, in a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix very well.
Enjoy!
