My favorite coleslaw salad! I make a lot and the next day I put it in tortillas with grilled chicken or ham-cheese. It is cool and crunchy and with a good mayonnaise like NEA takes off deliciously.
a bunch of parsley
a little vinegar
Method of preparation:
Cut the white and red cabbage into very thin strips. Peel the carrots and grate them on a grater. Cut the onion into thin slices. Peel and cut the apple into thin slices. Finely chop the parsley. In a large bowl, add all our chopped vegetables and mix well. Put on gloves. In the large bowl add NEA mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix with your hands (very important!) So that the mayonnaise goes everywhere! Enjoy!
