Bacon Cheeseburger with Fry Sauce! You can’t get enough of this burger!
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 kg ground beef
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 loaves of burger buns cut in half
2 baked bacon strips
1/2 cup fried onion slices
lettuce leaves and tomato slices
Method of preparation
In a large bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Add the minced meat and knead. Form 2 burgers and grill the burgers over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Place the cheddar, cover again and bake until the cheese has melted, about 1-2 minutes.
Spread the Fry Sauce on both sides of the sliced bread, add the burger, bacon, fried onion rings and, if desired, the lettuce and tomato.
