Cabbage salad with feta cheese and NEA mayonnaise light

An original cabbage salad with coleslaw and greek elements, that will thrill you!
Ingredients:
½ cabbage
120 gr feta cheese cracked
1 cup of chopped onion
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp of lime juice
1 garlic clove chopped
oregano
salt and freshly ground pepper
Method of preparation
Chop the cabbage and put it in a colander to drain off all the fluids. Mix with salt and let it sit for about 10 min. Then, put it in big bowl. Add feta and onion. In a second bowl mix well all the other ingredients, rest of feta, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and add as much as you want of NEA Mayonnaise Light ! Add cabbage, mix well and enjoy!
