This tuna sandwich recipe can be a complete meal! Try it with our wonderful NEA mayonnaise. It is very easy to prepare and you can even make more mixture, store it in the fridge and use it the next day for another wonderful tuna sandwich.
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
200 gr tuna in oil
chopped onion
chopped green pickled peppers
pickled pickles, finely chopped
chopped onion
a little lemon juice
a little oregano
NEA mayonnaise classic at will
chopped lettuce
Method of preparation:
Toast the bread in a toaster. Chop the vegetables. Drain the tuna and place it in a large bowl. Add the onion, peppers, pickles and onion. Mix and add the NEA mayonnaise, a little lemon juice and a little oregano. Mix well. Add the tuna salad mixture and lettuce to the toasted bread! Enjoy!
