Try this incredible chicken and roasted red pepper tapenade sandwich recipe with NEA mayonnaise, you will not regret it !!
Ingredients
6 slices of bread
1 grilled chicken fillet

2 roasted red peppers
2 tablespoons NEA mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tapenade
2-3 slices of lettuce
For tapenade:
250 gr. seedless Kalamata olives
1 anchovy fillet
1 small clove of garlic
1 tablespoon capers
a little lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method of preparation
First we put in a mixer all the ingredients for the tapenade and we make them a paste. Add NEA mayonnaise to make a body. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Take it out of the oven and you can cut it into small pieces and leave it cool.
