Roasted chicken with NEA Roasted Sauce

Roasted chicken with NEA Roasted Sauce! It’s the best for diving in NEA Roasted Sauce! It is an ideal snack to enjoy with a nice white wine on the balcony one summer night!
Ingredients
2 chicken breast fillets
For the marinade:
1 egg
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tbsp. ginger powder
salt, freshly ground pepper
For panning:
1/2 cup semolina fine
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp. sweet sesame
NEA Roasted Sauce at will
Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC in air. In a bowl, mix the egg, ginger, honey, salt and pepper. In a second bowl, mix the semolina, toast and sesame seeds.
Cut the chicken into 3 cm thick strips. Put the chicken in the bowl with the marinade and mix well.
Dip one by one the chicken strips into the breadcrumbs mixture and place them in a pan with oil paste, making sure they have a gap between them. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy diving in NEA Roasted Sauce!
